Velež – Dinamo 3-3

They conceded three goals in – three minutes!? The opposition was already leading 3-0 after just 17 minutes of play... Despite such a gloomy start, Dinamo still managed to salvage a point. The Blues played out a spectacular 3-3 draw against Velež in Mostar in the final round of the championship and finished the competition in third place, three points behind champions Red Star and with the same points tally as runners-up OFK Belgrade.

However, events in Mostar unfolded at lightning speed. Velež had indeed taken a 3-0 lead after just 17 minutes, scoring their goals in a record span of just three minutes. The net was rattled in succession by Kruno Radiljević in the 14th minute, Nusret Čerkić in the 16th, and Milorad Lazović in the 17th minute. Dinamo regrouped after Zdravko Rauš managed to find the back of the hosts' net in the 24th minute, and two minutes before the end of the first half, another goal reduced the deficit to a now more "respectable" margin and brought the Blues back into the game. The equalizing point was secured by Tomislav Knez with a goal in the 56th minute.
