Croatian representative player Josip Šimunić signed for Dinamo!

- Šimunić is finally in Dinamo! That's it and I would like to thank Joe Šimunić and Zoran Mamić who made this transfer. - said the executive president Zdravko Mamić.

Sporting director Zoran Mamić explained the whole situation: - After the match in Malmo I went to Berlin and the only question for Josip was: Hoffenheim or Dinamo. It was a question about the money that Joe will get from Hoffenheim, but I knew all along that Joe will sign for Dinamo. - said director adding: - Šimunić has signed a two-year contract and he came without compensation - he resolved a financial question with Hoffenheim. Dinamo and Hajduk wanted Šimunić in their club and he can be proud of that - two biggest Croatian clubs "fought" for him. It's just a compliment. - 

Coach Krunoslav Jurčić is satisfied with this transfer: - I am very pleased and happy. Šimunić has a great experience and he is a great player. It will be excellent if he enters the competitive form with two upcoming representative matches. -
