Brilliant Marko Pjaca has done it again and Dinamo is one more step closer to defending the title! The champions dominated the whole game and thanks to another Pjaca goal are step closer to 11th consecutive league title.
Dinamo dominated from the start of the game and earned their win. Defending champions started creating chance from the first minute, Sosa and Stojanović were both very offensive on the sides and Istra was no match. Once again it was Pjaca who was simply unstoppable for Istra players and in the 22nd minute he decided the game.
At the edge of the box Pjaca easily got rid of his defender and placed a fierce left footer which hit the post and ended behind Brkić. Marko is playing amazing in the second part of the season and this was just another move that proves his quality.
Modri continued to dominate and it was hard to imagine that the game will end 1:0 but they've once again lacked quality finishing. Pavičić and Brekalo entered the game in the second half and it was Pavičić who had a great chance to extend the lead when his shot hit Ojdanić's hand but the referee didn't point to the spot.
With this win Dinamo had made a huge step towards the title which will be secured if Rijeka fails to win against Split tomorrow. Whatever the result in Rijeka Dinamo will be the champions if they win next Friday against Slaven in Koprivnica.
