Who can participate?

All adult individuals from the Republic of Croatia can participate, except for employees of the organizer and related companies. The participant must have a valid account for purchasing the jersey and all necessary information entered in the application form.

Draw and selection of winners

• All registered participants will enter an electronic database.
• The organizer will conduct a computerized draw on January 20, 2026.
• Winners will be contacted via the email address and phone number provided in the application.
• The names of the winners will be published on the official GNK Dinamo website.

Prize collection

Winners must collect the prize in person – by presenting an identification document and the original receipt. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of receiving the notification, the prize will be awarded to the next participant selected in a subsequent draw.

Protection of personal data (GDPR)

GNK Dinamo collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose of conducting the prize game, contacting the winners, and identifying them when claiming the prize. Data is stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia and privacy protection rules, and is not disclosed to third parties without the consent of the participants.

Each participant has the right to request access to their data, correction, deletion, or processing restriction by sending a request to the club's official email address.

• receipts issued before or after the duration of the prize game are not valid

Based on Article 69 of the Law on Games of Chance (Official Gazette No. 87/09, 35/13, 158/13, 41/14, 143/14, 114/22, and 72/25) and the Regulations on Organizing Prize Games (Official Gazette No. 125/25), DINAMO TRADE with headquarters in Zagreb, Maksimirska cesta 128, OIB: 16004295050, with the approval of the Ministry of Finance, hereby announces the following

 

PRIZE GAME RULES

“Dinamo and Favbet take you to Denmark for a European match”

 

ORGANIZER AND PURPOSE OF ORGANIZING THE PRIZE GAME

 

Article 1.

The prize game „“Dinamo and Favbet take you to Denmark for the European match” (hereinafter: Prize game) is organized by DINAMO TRADE d.o.o. with headquarters in Zagreb, Maksimirska cesta 128, OIB: 16004295050 (hereinafter: Organizer) new collection of GNK Dinamo jerseys for the season 2025/2026, and the promotion of the trading company Favbet d.o.o. with headquarters in Zagreb, Ulica kneza Branimira 29, OIB: 28618531744.

 

DURATION OF THE PRIZE GAME

 

Article 2.

The prize game starts on December 12, 2025 at 00:00:00 and ends on January 19, 2026 at 23:59:59 Central European Time.

 

PRIZE POOL OF THE PRIZE GAME

 

Article 3.

The total value of the prize pool of the Prize game is 5,288 €

The prize pool consists of 5 prizes and each prize from each category is awarded only once:

1. Grand prize (1x): trip for two (2) to Denmark for the FC Midtjylland - GNK Dinamo match (includes flight, airport fees, accommodation in a double room, tickets and participation in activities), (individual prize value: 3,592 €).

 

2. Second prize (1x): Apple iPhone 17 256GB Mist Blue (value: 1,049 €)

 

3. Third prize (1x): Dinamo Castore travel gear set (value: 292 €)
Included: Travel T-shirt short sleeve 25/26 L size, Travel zip hoodie 25/26 L size, Travel pants 25/26 L size and Backpack 25/26.

 

4. Fourth prize (1x): Dinamo Castore official equipment set (value: 255 €)
Included: Official short-sleeved shirt 25/26 size L, Official tracksuit g.d. 25/26 size L, Official tracksuit bottom 25/26 size L, and Backpack 25/26

 

5. Fifth prize (1x): Favbet promotional products package (value per package: 100 €).

The value of the prizes is expressed including value-added tax.

Detailed terms of use of the main and other prizes are listed in these Rules of the prize game.

 

The organizer undertakes to pay 5% of the determined value of the prize fund to the Croatian Red Cross.

 

Prize winners do not have the right to request a replacement of the prize for another type of prize or

transfer the received prize to another person.

 

The Organizer is not responsible for any material defects in the prizes won.

 

The Organizer is not obliged to provide winners with any warranties/guarantees for the devices won.

 

The winner is not liable for any taxes, obligations, or fees directly related to the prizes.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE PRIZE GAME

 

Article 4.

Any individual residing in the Republic of Croatia who is over 18 years old has the right to participate in the Prize Game.  

 

Article 5.

Persons who are in any way involved in the organization of the prize game, employees of the Organizer, and members of their immediate families (parents, spouses, children, siblings, adoptive parents or adoptees) are not eligible to participate in the prize game.

 

REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE PRIZE GAME

 

Article 6.

The participant registers their participation in the prize game by:

1. purchasing any adult jersey of GNK "Dinamo" for the 2025/26 season at the official fan shop or web shop. Buyers of children's jerseys are not eligible to participate in the prize game.
2. keeping the receipt as proof of purchase.

TERMS OF USE OF THE MAIN PRIZE

 

Article 7.

The winner of the main prize can redeem the main prize on January 28, 2026.

The winner of the main prize independently chooses the person with whom he/she wants to use the main prize and inform the Organizer, and/or service providers involved in the realization of the main prize and at their request, and for the purpose of realizing the main prize, inform about the identification data of the mentioned person.

The Organizer is not responsible for the quality of services provided to the winner of the main prize by third parties involved in the realization of the main prize. In case of any complaints and dissatisfaction regarding the provided services, the winner of the main prize should directly contact the provider of the relevant service.

 

WINNER SELECTION

 

Article 8.

The winner selection is done manually, by the method of random selection. All participant names who have registered and meet the conditions for participating in the prize draw will be printed, cut out, and placed in a drum from which prizes will be randomly drawn.

All participants of the prize draw who meet all the conditions for participation in the prize draw from Article 4 of these Rules of the prize draw will enter the draw.
If the number of participants is less than the number of prizes provided in the prize pool, the prize draw will not be interrupted, but the selection of winners will be carried out in accordance with these Rules of the prize draw, and the remaining surplus of prizes will be considered undistributed.

 

The drawing of winners will take place on January 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the premises of the organizer at Maksimirska cesta 128.

A three-member commission will be present at the drawing to oversee the correctness of the prize draw, composed of:

1. Hrvoje Puhalo (member of the management board of GNK Dinamo)

2. Vanja Bartolec (marketing director of GNK Dinamo)

3. Ivan Marčinko (Favbet)

A record of the drawing process is kept. The record is signed by all members of the commission and by the Organizer.

shall be delivered to the Ministry of Finance within eight days from the day of the draw.

 

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

 

Article 9.

The results of the draw with the name, surname, and place of residence of each individual

winner and the prize won will be published on the Organizer's website

https://gnkdinamo.hr/ and in an electronic medium by January 23, 2026, at 12:00.

 

NOTIFYING WINNERS OF THE PRIZE

 

Article 10.

The organizer of the prize draw will contact all winners by phone within 3 (three) working days from the day of the draw, and additionally, within 8 (eight) days from the day of the draw, will notify the winners in writing about the prize won, informing them about the method of claiming the prize.

 

 CLAIMING THE PRIZE

 

Article 11.

The winner is obligated to claim the prize within 8 (eight) days from the date of receiving the notification about winning the prize. If for any reason the winner does not claim the prize within the same period, they will be notified again within 8 (eight) days in the manner specified in Article 10 of these Rules and will be required to claim the prize within a further period of 8 (eight) days. If the winner fails to claim the prize after the additional deadline, they forfeit the right to claim the prize.

 

The winner forfeits the right to the prize if the Organizer determines after the draw that the winner did not meet all the conditions for participating in the prize draw, if the winner did not provide accurate and complete personal information in the participation application, if the winner does not want to claim the prize or renounces it, if the winner acts contrary to these Rules of the prize draw.

 

TEMPORARY SUSPENSION, INTERRUPTION, AND CANCELLATION OF THE PRIZE DRAW

 

Article 12.

The organizer may temporarily suspend, cancel, or terminate the prize game only in case circumstances occur for which the Organizer is not responsible, or which could not have been prevented, eliminated, or avoided, or due to which the prize game cannot be held, as well as in case of significant economic disruptions.

 

Participants will be informed about the temporary suspension, termination, or cancellation of the prize game

via the Organizer's website https://gnkdinamo.hr/.

 

PROCESSING OF PARTICIPANTS' PERSONAL DATA IN THE PRIZE GAME

 

Article 13.

The Organizer is the data controller of the personal data of participants and winners of the prize game “Dinamo and Favbet take you to Denmark for a European match”.

The organizer collects and processes personal data during the duration of the prize game for the purpose of organizing, conducting, executing, and promoting the prize game.

 

The following participant data is processed:

• first and last name,
• mobile phone number,
• email address,
• address and city of residence.

Participation in the prize game is not possible without this data

 

Winners, in addition to the mentioned data, are required to present a valid ID card for identification when collecting the prize.

By participating in the prize game, participants agree that, in case of winning a prize, their personal data (first and last name and photos taken when collecting the prize) will be publicly disclosed. The personal data of the main prize winners will be shared with partners responsible for prize delivery.

 

The organizer reserves the right to use the name, surname, and photograph of the winner without compensation, for promotional purposes, through printed, audio, visual, and video materials.

Collection and processing of personal data are based on Article 6, paragraph 1, point (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

 

The processing of participants' personal data is necessary for participation in the prize game, its implementation, and for receiving the prize.

 

When awarding prizes, the personal data of the winners may be published in the media such as news portals, television, and social networks (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.) This data is processed based on Article 6, paragraph 1, point (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The organizer has a legitimate interest in promoting themselves, their partners, and the prize game.

 

Personal data collected in connection with the prize game will be stored for a maximum of 30 days after its completion, after which it will be permanently deleted.

 

The data controller, within the meaning of the Law on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, is the Organizer of the prize game DINAMO TRADE

Each participant in the prize game has the right to access and confirmation from DINAMO TRADE regarding personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object.

 

Each participant has the right to object to the processing of personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

 

Also, each participant has the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency, at Metela Ožegovića Street 16, 10000 Zagreb, or via email at: [email protected]. 

 

APPLICATION OF THE GAME RULES

 

Article 14.

A participant who takes part in the prize game accepts all rights and obligations from these Prize Game Rules.

The Prize Game Rules come into effect after being approved by the Ministry of Finance and after being published on the Organizer's website https://gnkdinamo.hr/ and on the Organizer's social media profiles.

 

 CHANGE OF PRIZE GAME RULES

 

Article 15.

The Organizer can change the Prize Game Rules only for justified reasons, and with

approval of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia.

The Organizer will publish the changed Rules of the prize game in the same way as these Rules of the prize game were published.

The changed Rules of the prize game apply to all participants of the prize game as well as to persons who wish to become participants of the prize game.

 

JURISDICTION

 

Article 16.

In case of a dispute between the Organizer and the participant of this prize game, the Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb has jurisdiction.
