Congratulations to everyone in the club on this victory, especially to the players, emphasized Dinamo's coach Mario Kovačević immediately after the victory against Hajduk at Poljud with 2:0.

- We wanted to show that the match we lost against Gorica last week was just a bad day for us and we succeeded in that. It wasn't an easy week for us, we knew that even the fans were not satisfied, but now we have shown that we can be much better. In the first half, both Hajduk and us were solid, we had the first chance, and in the end, we even took the lead... We showed that we are a better and more quality team, that first goal broke the game. In the second half, we finally entered the way we wanted, we were looking for a second goal, and in the end, we scored it, we deservedly won. We didn't allow Hajduk much. Once again, I congratulate the players from the bottom of my heart. Thank you to the fans for the great support. We look forward to the victory and moving forward - added coach Kovačević.

There were certain changes in the lineup compared to the previous match, with the new arrival Miha Zajc also playing in the midfield.

- We knew Zajc's qualities, it turned out that it is much easier for him and Josip Mišić in the midfield. But I have to say that all our players are quality. I constantly say that those who are in slightly better form at the moment will play more. I am happy for Zajc, he trains very well, we know that he and some other players joined later. I would also like to praise the entire coaching staff, we have been here for less than 100 days, there is not a single injury in the team, everyone works well, trains hard. The players who came later are all more prepared and we will use them more and more. Among them are Mounsef Bakrar and Ismaël Bennacer. We have quality, I believe that we will get better with each game.

This match also showed that Dinamo has a wide squad, which is important for the upcoming challenges on the European scene. Already on Wednesday in Zagreb, Turkish Fenerbahçe will be the guest at the start of the Europa League.
