Coach Mamić has announced the game vs Rijeka

After the Champions league match against Olympiacos, Modri will travel to Rijeka.

MAXtv Prva liga 14th round will take place at Rujevica stadium on Sunday, October 25, 15h. Head coach Zoran Mamić has announced the game at the press conference: - The match against Rijeka is the biggest domestic game. We are looking forward to play Croatian championship on their new stadium and we believe it will be a great show. I hope we will show performance like the one against Olympiacos, of course, hopefully with a different final result.

- Ježina will be our first goalkeeper against Rijeka and I had a meeting with Eduardo. He is aware of the situation and he said he will give everything to prove his quality and got a new chance. We chose Ježina for this derby game because he deserved a chance with work and effort he puts into this job. 

- Rijeka is a quality team, even though they didn't achieve success in the European competition. Sometimes their good performance wasn't rewarded with a positive result. They are a tough team and I am sure they are our biggest rival. We are ready for the game at Rujevica, players had a lot of time to prepare themselves after the UCL and they are full of confidence. 

- We all know that the competition is really more interesting when the fight for a top position is tight - said coach about the current ranking (Dinamo is first with 27, following Hajduk has 26 and Rijeka is on a third place with 25 points) adding: - Pinto is injured and he isn't ready for this match, as well as Sigali who will slowly come back in his usual form. 

Coach Mamić commented the situation with Arijan Ademi also: - We are supporting Ademi in this tough situation and we will help him because we know he didn't do anything consciously. We will do everything in order to reduce his penalty and this is really the first time Ademi is in this kind of situation. He passed different tests during the last years and every time samples were negative. He deserves our support, as well as a media support. We don't know yet what is the prohibited substance from this case.
