Congratulations to my players

- Congratulations to my players on a deserved victory. We've improved our display in the second half and won. We couldn't find a solution for their aggressiveness in the first half and we were too insecure. We were faster and more aggressive after the break - said head coach Zoran Mamić after the game against Rijeka.

- Ćorić, Machado and Pjaca were aware they will have a special assignment in this game. Their performance is a great example of how a substitute player should react and play - explained Mamić and commented the situation with Soudani: - I couldn't imagine this match without him and it was impossible for him to miss this game. He is a good player and I am glad he improved some important things. He is an intelligent player and I am happy he scored.

What about the team captain Domagoj Antolić who has shown a great play? - We don't need to talk about his qualities on and outside the pitch. He is a fantastic player and he is a leader even though he is a defensive midfielder currently. I am happy because he is our player and our captain.

- I don't think the championship battle is over because we still have a lot of games till the end of the season. We need to continue collecting points in the upcoming games.
