Dinamo and Betis in the battle for a spot in the quarterfinals

Dinamo's opponent in the first step of the spring calendar on the European stage will be Real Betis from Seville. They will face each other in the knockout stage play-off, specifically in the Round of 16 of the UEFA Europa Conference League. The initial encounter is scheduled for February 15th in Seville, with the return match set for a week later, on February 22nd in Zagreb.

This decision was made during the draw held on Monday in Nyon, Switzerland. As the second-placed team from the group stage of this competition, Dinamo was in the position of a seeded team. The unseeded group consisted of the third-placed teams from the group stage of the UEFA Europa League. It was already predetermined before the draw that all seeded teams, including Dinamo, would host the return matches. The winner of these two matches will advance to the quarter-finals.
