Dinamo came back to earn a point

A very interesting game in Zaprešić where spectators really enjoyed in great football ended with a draw. Inter opened the game with style and got two goal lead but Fernandes at the end of the first and Hodžić at the start of the second half returned Dinamo to the game. Despite many chances to take the win goalkeeper Posavec and Inter managed to keep a point.

Coach Mamić said before the game that Inter is in great form, a team who wants to play and which will not defend and let Dinamo play. And it was exactly like that; especially in the first half. Dinamo started the game a bit slower than usual and was punished really fast. In the 7th minute Čabraja placed a brilliant 20 metres shot to the close corner and from the post the ball ended in the net.

It took the champions 20 minutes to connect the lines and when they started to dominate – Posavec was amazing. First he saved a long distance shot from Fernandes, then couple of attempts by Hodžić and in the end a shot from captain Antolić. When is seemed like Dinamo will get the equaliser – 2:0. In the 38th minute Čeliković made a run on the left side and a cross to the box where Nestorovski scored the second goal.

Modri continued to push forward and in additional time got one back after Čabraja played with his hand in the box. Fernandes put the ball on the penalty spot and it was 2:1. Dinamo played even better in second half and despite Rog and Fernandes had their shots go beside the post in the 49th minute it was 2:2. Antolić made a nice run, found Hodžić in the box who sends the ball below the bar; another great goal in Zaprešić.

Dinamo had numerous chances to take the win and the best was in the 66th minute when Antolić was one on one with Posavec but Inter goalkeeper had a brilliant day. On the other side Inter had one chance in the second half, in the 82nd minute, but Nestorovski wasn't concentrated.

Modri played a very good second half, got back from a two goal minus and earned a point in Zaprešić before the national team break.
