Inspired, secure and solid performance with dominance, control of the game and a touch of attraction Dinamo's footballers, under the skillful guidance of coach Mario Kovačević, defeated Hajduk at Poljud with 2:0 in the 7th round of the SuperSport HNL, and we will primarily remember the victory for spectacular goals scored by Arbër Hoxha and Mounsef Bakrar. This is also an exceptional boost for the Blues ahead of the opening of the European season when Turkish Fenerbahçe will visit Maksimir on Wednesday. The Split match was also marked by the debut of Dinamo's new reinforcement: Ismaël Bennacer entered the field in the 66th minute.

Both Poljud shooters shook the net after a brilliant individual action in which, like in American football, they conquered half of the field in an unstoppable run, and in the end, they launched the ball into the net with a delicate touch... Although, both goals appeared after a moment of Hoxhaj and Bakarrov inspiration, Dinamo's game this afternoon was characterized by a brilliant team performance in which the Blues created opportunities, and in the first half, after brilliant passes, they were twice close to taking the lead.

Zagreb took the lead in the 44th minute, when Miha Zajc passed the ball short to Hoxhi, he received it on his half, turned on the turbocharger, swiftly passed through two defenders, covered half of the field, approached the middle and then, from 17 meters, slightly from the left, skillfully hit the near bottom corner with his right foot.

In the 80th minute, a similar feat was achieved by Bakrar. He intercepted the ball on the opponent's half of the field, right next to the touchline, "catapulted" himself into a counterattack from a sharp angle on the right side, and in his first step into the penalty area, he forcefully struck towards the near post, causing the ball to rebound off the crossbar and into the goal. It was a move worthy of applause - strength in the duel, ball interception, unstoppable speed in the attack, and then a masterful shot.

Dinamo threatened as early as the 6th minute, Mateo Lisica emerged from the crowd on the right side and found Dejan Ljubičić, who played it back to Moris Valinčić who skillfully received it with his left and shot with his right foot from seven meters, but the ball passed by the goal.

Captain Josip Mišić in the 13th minute sent the ball through the opponent's defense with an impressive move, Hoxha ran alone in front of the goalkeeper Ivica Ivušić, followed by Niko Sigur holding him firmly by the hand. Hoxha lost his balance, failed to shoot the ball towards the goal...

Zajc in the 28th minute with a skillful move on the right side, between two defenders, launched the ball into the penalty area where Dion Drena Beljo received it. The Dinamo striker was in a duel with the home center-back Zvonimir Šarlija, managed to control the ball and take a shot from about ten meters, but Ivušić managed to deflect it with his fingertips into a corner.

Just three minutes later, sparks flew on the other side of the field, Abdoulie Bamba Sanyang ran through the right wing, sent a pass back to 15 meters where Filip Krovinović was alone and sent the ball over the goal. A new dangerous attack by Dinamo immediately followed, Beljo descended from the right into the penalty area, pulled away for a left-footed shot from seven meters and hit the outer part of the net.

The home team captain Marko Livaja quickly played the ball from his own half to Rokas Pukštas in the 35th minute, who immediately passed it into empty space. Sanyang ran in on the left side, bypassed goalkeeper Ivan Nevistić, aimed for the empty net with his left foot, but didn't strike the ball well. The ball was then easily cleared from the goal area by Bruno Goda. The assistant referee signaled an offside for Sanyang, but VAR would have to confirm it in case of a goal.

After scoring a goal to conclude the first half, Dinamo equally ambitiously opened the continuation of the match. Hoxha won the ball on Hajduk's half, and in the continuation of the play, Beljo reached the top of the six-yard box where Šarlija managed to clear it for a corner at the last moment... Sergi Dominguez threatened shortly after a corner kick... The story was concluded by Bakrar in the 80th minute with another brilliant goal for the Blues.
