Dinamo off to Turkey

At Wednesday around noon members of the Board, coaching staff and the players went to Turkey where they will be until 25th of January and play five friendly matches.

For the next 16 days Dinamo will replace Zagreb with Antalya, Turkey. Players will train hard and play five preseason matches to prepare themselves for the second part of the season. Before the trip we talked with coach Krunoslav Jurčić.

- We have a very young squad, in fact I think it's one of the youngest ever which means we will have to work hard; I certainly look forward to it. Youngers like Šimunović, Kolar, Brodić and others from our youth system are with the first team, we have several young but already experienced players like Kovačić, Ademi, Vrsaljko and we have the most experienced ones in Leko and Šimunić. All in all, interesting team and we are happy to be back at work.

As it was already said, Dinamo will play five friendly matches in Turkey in this order: Elazigspor (12.1.), Munchen 1860 (15.1.), Volyn (21.1.), Metalurg (23.1.) and Pohang Steelers (24.1.). The scheduled trip home is for 25th of January.
