Excellent Dinamo dominated and got 4:0 victory against Volyn

Dinamo played their best 90 minutes in Turkey and got the fully deserved and convincing 4:0 victory against Volyn Lutsk. Modri dominated from the first until the last minute of the game, never stopped creating chances and the final results says it all. Croatian champions got in front when Duje Čop scored the opener after 34 minutes and in the last 15 minutes Ante Rukavina, Ivan Krstanović and an own goal made it 4:0.

Dinamo's third preseason match was against the toughest opponent so far but our players responded with some style and played their best game. From the starting whistle it was obvious that Dinamo is a much better team who dominated the pitch and immediately started to create chances. After only 3 minutes Kovačić, Pivarić and Čop created the first one but Brozović's header went off target. The ball was almost all the time on Volyn's half and it was a matter of time when will Dinamo get in front.

It happened in the 34th minute after a magical move from Alen Halilović. 16-year old wonderkid got the ball on the right side and made an excellent run to the box leaving three defenders before having his shot blocked. The ball came to Čop whose fierce shot ended in the net; Dinamo finally got the fully deserved lead.

Modri continued to dominate in the second half but the goals came with the entire new squad. After an hour of play coach Jurčić changed almost everyone and Dinamo got three more goals. First it was Ante Rukavina who nicely converted after a cross from Ivan Tomečak in the 75th minute and couple of minutes later Jerko Leko's cross lead to an own goal from Shandruk.

Five minutes before the end Ivan Krstanović rounded up a counter attack with a nice finish to make it 4:0.

It was a great display and a fully deserved victory for Dinamo; even without injured Sammir and Ibanez.
