Fenerbahçe in Zagreb at the opening of the European season

Dinamo's footballers will open the new European season on their field, and the guest at the start of the UEFA Europa League group stage competition will be Turkish Fenerbahçe on Wednesday, September 24, at 9 pm. The final match of the group stage will be played on January 29 next year away against Danish Midtjylland. After the draw for the group stage was held in Monte Carlo on Friday, the complete schedule and timetable of all matches are now known.

A total of 36 teams are participating in the competition, all together forming a unique ranking even though not all will play against each other. Each club will play eight matches against eight different opponents, four at home and four away. The top eight teams in the overall standings will qualify for the round of 16, while teams from 9th to 24th place will enter the play-off knockout phase, or the round of 32.

1st round, September 24 (9:00 PM): Dinamo – Fenerbahçe;

2nd round, October 2 (9:00 PM): Maccabi Tel Aviv – Dinamo;

3rd round, October 23 (9:00 PM): Malmö – Dinamo;

4th round, November 6 (6:45 PM): Dinamo – Celta;

5th round, November 27 (6:45 PM): Lille – Dinamo;

6th round, December 11 (6:45 PM): Dinamo – Betis;

7th round, January 22 (9:00 PM): Dinamo – FCSB;

Round 8, January 29th (9:00 PM): Midtjylland - Dinamo.
