After a goalless draw in Pula, Dinamo first team returned to the winning path with a 5-2 win in Vinkovci. On the sunny Saturday afternoon, Dinamo defeated Cibalia and kept the margin ahead of main opponents in the league table.
Dinamo dominated throughout the match, had a greater ball possession and after 18 minutes took the lead. Spaniard winger Dani Olmo scored from a volley after a perfect assist from Nikola Moro. Several minutes later captain Hilal Soudani converted to 2-0 after a mistake from goalkeeper Brkić.
In the second half Cibalia managed to score two consolidating goals by Marko Karamarko, however, goals from Hilal Soudani, Armin Hodžić and Dani Olmo showed proof of Dinamo quality. Soudani scored his eighth goal of the season from the penalty spot after Angelo Henriquez was fouled in the six-yard box. In 82nd minute Ivan Fiolić made an assist with a through ball as Armin Hodžić easily scored for 4-2, and with only two minutes remaining, Dani Olmo scored his second of the day for the final 5-2.
