Dinamo lost their last game in Turkey to South Korean giants Pohang Steelers. Modri were a much better side in the first 45 minutes, got the lead thanks to a wonderful goal from Ivan Krstanović, by the players were tired in the second half and totally new Pohang team turned the result and got 2:1 victory.

Coach Krunoslav Jurčić decided to rest several players in the last match before returning home to Zagreb so he played with a "mixed" team. Modri were dominant, creating chances in the first half and holding possession so the first opportunity came after only 6 minutes when Mateo Kovačić made an excellent move which Krstanović didn't end with a goal.

After missing several chances, Dinamo got the deserved lead in the 16th minute when Sammir found Krstanović who made a run to the box before brilliantly chipped the ball over Dasol. Modri had couple of chances to double the lead before halftime but Dasol reacted very well to stop Dinamo from scoring.

During halftime, Pohang decided to change the entirely squad while Modri made only a couple of subs and the opponents being fresh did the job. Pohang was the dominant team and it took them 20 minutes to cancel the lead and get in front. In the 54th minutes Modri lost the ball in the midfield, Pohang played a great counter attack which left Moo Yeol alone in the box who had an easy job of scoring.

Ten minutes later - Pohang was in front. Tired Dinamo players made an error, another counter attack was launched and Chan Ho finished it in style to make it 2:1 for Pohang. Dinamo players managed to find "extra strength" and pressed in the final 15 minutes, had some chances but the result stayed the same.

The team is returning home to Zagreb on Friday morning.
