"I have unfinished business here and you don't say no to Dinamo"

It was a nice day in Maksimir where Krunoslav Jurčić had his inauguration as Dinamo's coach!

Sports director Zoran Mamić said why Mr. Ante Čačić was sacked: - After a series of bad results and 9 defeats in the last little over than 2 months we have decided that we need a change. We can all agree that the five losses in the group stage of the Champions league are, how to say, possible but three in the league and the Cup loss were not. I would like to once again thank Mr. Ante Čačić for his work and Dinamo and wish him all the best - said younger Mamić and then expressed his welcome to the new coach:

- With his character, knowledge, honesty and loyalty to the club Kruno Jurčić deserves to be here and we believe he is the best possible choice for our coach - said Zoran Mamić and gave the word to our new coach: - When I left Dinamo I felt like leaving some unfinished business here and I'm glad to be back. This is my third time coming here in a short while and I'm honoured to be here. You simply don't say "no" to Dinamo.

Becoming Dinamo's first team coach ends his international career in Croatia national team: - I've spoken to Igor Štimac, thanked him for everything and explained the situation which he understood. I want to thank him and all my colleagues there, we had a nice period, achieved great results and I wish them all the best in the future.

Coach Jurčić hopes of getting several years at Dinamo to achieve results he hopes: - Clubs that successfully play in Europe are either very rich or believe in their coaches and give them several years to work. I know it's hard to be in Dinamo for three to five years but football is a proces and I really hope that the club will decide to stick with me - concluded coach Jurčić and went to training session.
