Machado apoloogize to fans

Paulo Machado held a press conference in order to apologize to fans for inappropriate behaviour: - I made a huge mistake and I would like to apologize to the fans, president, coach, players and to my family. It was a really bad moment and I am really sorry. I will show to everybody with my plays how much I respect the fans and Dinamo. The worst thing was to go home after the game when my son asked me why did I do that. I would like to thank the club for this second chance and for a support. I won't disappoint them.

Head coach Zoran Mamić presented the club's attitude towards Machado's mistake: - We decided to give a second chance to Machado. We wanted to give him a chance for apologizing at this press conference, but there will be consequences. We've consulted with team captain and vice-captain and we agreed to keep Paulo in the club. He will be punished because of this harm he caused to the club and to himself. Football is a game that is played for fans and I believe that Paulo will show that he deserves to be here. He is favorite in the team and we believe this is the best solution for the club and for him.

Team captain Domagoj Antolić also commented the situation: - Paulo made a mistake, he is aware of everything and he apologized immediately. The football is here because of fans and we need to respect them. Machado is an important part of our team and we don't want to lose him. I would like to ask fans to give him a second chance. I know Paulo will give his best at training sessions and in every match. 

Machado will have to pay 100.000 Euro to the club: - We are like a family and we want to stay together in good and in bad moments. This is a very thoug situation, but everyone can make a mistake. Paulo will be fined and he will stay with us.
