Dinamo and Široki played an interesting match but despite some good chances around 5.000 spectators didn't see any goals.
Just like coach Jurčić said before the game, Dinamo started the game in 4-2-3-1 formation with Ademi and Leko as defensive midfielders. Tomečak and Čop played wingers, Sammir was attacking midfielder and Krstanović striker.
Dinamo opened the game well, dominated and controlled the pace of the game which led to some chances. Sammir had the best one after only 4 minutes but home defense blocked his attempt. After better opening, Široki started to dominate and Kelava had to make some fine saves.
He saved attempts from Wagner and Zlomislić before making an excellent save in the 20th minute when Marić was alone in the box. On the other side, Croatian champions had several chances after Vrsaljko's crosses but Bilobrk saved shots from Čop and Krstanović.
As for the second half, the rhythm of the game was a bit slower and a lot of subs certainly didn't speed things up. Široki had the best chance of the game in the 57th minute when home team had a corner after which the ball came to Wagner, he was alone on five metres from Kelava but his shot went over the goal.
Dinamo continued to dominate, often came to 20-30 metres from the goal but very rarely closer. Široki defended well so Modri were unable to seriously threaten Bilobrk.
Despite there was no goals, it was a good game and a great test for Dinamo because Široki is a quality team. Dinamo will play there last game in Hercegovina tomorrow in Čapljina.
