Talented defender from Maksimir, Noa Mikić, has signed a multi-year professional contract with Dinamo. Mikić has been part of the first team system of the Blues before, having gone through two winter and one summer preparations in the last year, and will primarily strengthen the competition on the right side of the blue defense.

He was born on January 27, 2007 in Varaždin, taking his first steps in football as a boy at Varteks, and has been in Dinamo's academy since he was seven years old. In the Maksimir club, he has gone through all age groups, and for the first seven years he regularly attended training sessions traveling from Varaždin to Zagreb.

He covers the role of right-back, and he was first with the starting lineup of the Blues last winter at the preparations in Rovinj under coach Sergej Jakirović. He then went through the summer preparation period in Austria, and joined this January at the camp in Turkey under current coach Fabio Cannavaro.

He has made one official appearance for the first team, in the autumn in the league victory against Gorica in the 4th round at Maksimir with a score of 2:1 when he came off the bench in the 85th minute. In total, he played 10 friendly matches for the first team, scoring one goal and providing one assist.

This season, he progressed with the junior team to the knockout phase of the UEFA Youth League, UEFA's Champions League for young players, where they will face Barcelona.

Mikić also won the award for the best player of the international junior memorial tournament Mladen Ramljak this summer, where the blues won the winner's trophy. Mikić scored a decisive goal in the dramatic last match of the group stage with a powerful shot deep into injury time, shaking the net of Juventus for a 1-0 victory for the blues and leading the team to the grand final where they defeated Manchester United 4-2.
