Dinamo played a very good game in front of a tough crowd in Pula and is coming back home with a point. Istra got in front after 19 minutes when Zlomislić gave them the lead but 15 minutes later Ćorić put things at the beginning. Dinamo dominated and created numerous chances but veteran goalkeeper Iveša had a great day and earned his team a point.

Modri came to Pula between two Champions league games against Skenderbeu but with a wish to continue their winning streak. Again, coach Mamić decided to play with the team of players that didn't play against Skenderbeu and those players showed him exactly how good they are by playing a very good game.

Aldo Drosina is the last stadium where Modri were defeated in May 2014. and Modri had a lot to prove. After several attempts from the champions that proved to be even more difficult after just 19 minutes when Zlomislić placed a nice shot to the bottom corner and have Istra the lead. Modri had no time to lose, they've immediately pushed forward and came up with a fast response.

Captain Antolić has done a lot by first winning the ball and then several passes later was in the box to made a assist to Ćorić who stroke from 12-13 metres to the net; well deserved equaliser and very few people could have guessed that would be the final result. Especially because of the number of chances Modri created in the next hour of play.

In fact, Dinamo deserved the lead even before the break but Iveša made couple of nice saves. In the second half – the same story. Dinamo dominated and created chances while Iveša saved everything. Šimunović's header in the 61st minute, Ćorić and Musa from long distance, Pamić after a set piece situation... Iveša was great.

Even "Marko and Marko", Pjaca and Rog, who entered the pitch in the second half couldn't help. As time went on Dinamo continued to push but when Iveša saved Fernandes's shot in the 75th minute it "smelled" like a draw. In the 81st minute of the game Dinamo had the best chance of the game when Fernandes escaped Istra's defence but Iveša saved "one on one" situation.

Dinamo played a very good game in Pula, dominated and created a lot of great chances but Iveša had a brilliant game. Modri continued their streak without a loss and if they play like this in a couple of days against Skenderbeu – Champions league will come to Zagreb.

Copied!
