Petev: Every game will be like a final

First team returned to Zagreb after almost three weeks of winter training camp in Turkey. Ahead of this weekend's start of the second part of the season, head coach Ivaylo Petev summed up preparation period.

"I'm satisfied with preprations period from the first day. We completed everything we had in plan and besides that, players were exemplary", said Petev and added: "I'm sorry for Benković and Henriquez who lost significant amount of training sessions due to their injuries."

During the preparation period first team practice mostly attacking phases of the game. What can supporters expect in the second part of the season? "The begining of the spring season will prove our improvement. We played good, created a lot of chances and scored a lot of goals. Now, we must continue with the same approach, and try to improve in every new game."  

At the end, 41-year-old Bulgarian tactician said: "Every our game until the end of the season will be like a final! We have potential to win in all remaining games and at the end win the championship."
