On Wednesday, a regular session of the GNK Dinamo Assembly was held in the central lodge of the Maksimir stadium, with the most important items on the agenda being the adoption of amendments and supplements to the financial plan for 2025 and the approval of the proposed work plan of GNK Dinamo and financial operations for 2026.
The session was chaired by Frano Šušnjara, and the members of the supreme club body, in addition to accepting the minutes of the meeting held on September 16 of this year, also adopted the Rules of Procedure of the GNK Dinamo Assembly.
The Executive Board member, Zvonimir Manenica, first presented amendments and supplements to the financial plan for 2025, which were unanimously adopted by the representatives, and then presented the proposal for the work plan and financial business plan for 2026. The GNK Dinamo Association plans total revenues of 70 million euros, and total expenses are planned at 68.8 million euros, with a total surplus of revenues over expenses planned at 1.2 million euros. This plan represents a continuation of the club's business direction and its continuity, which the members of the Assembly also unanimously accepted.
The President of GNK Dinamo, Zvonimir Boban, presented a report on the work of the sports sector, and the Assembly acknowledged the report on the work of the Supervisory Board.
The manager of the GNK Dinamo Foundation "No Surrender", Saša Pavličić-Bekić, who is also a member of the club's Supervisory Board, presented the report on the Foundation's work. Ivan Nauković, also a member of the Supervisory Board, informed the assembly about the status of infrastructure projects. After historic changes in the functioning and democratization of the club's operations, major changes await us: temporary relocation from the Maksimir stadium to the newly built complex in Kranjčevićeva, relocation of training, construction of a new football camp, temporary relocation of the club's professional services, demolition and construction project of a new stadium in Maksimir
