Start of the 2011/2012 season

Dinamo players started the new season with a training on the Hitrec-Kacian pitch. Executive president Zdravko Mamić welcomed the whole team before coaches took a long talk with players. Training lasted about an hour and a half and the players were mostly working with the ball.

New Dinamo players Mehmed Alispahić, Ivan Krstanović and Jerko Leko were also there. Young Croatian representative players Ermin Zec, Mateo Kovačić, Andrej Kramarić, ''A team'' representatives Milan Badelj, Ivan Tomečak and Šime Vrsaljko and Montenegro representative Fatos Beqiraj missed the training. They got two days of rest more than others and they will join the team on Thursday.

Igor Bišćan, Filip Lončarić and Marin Skender (injuries) and Sammir (agreement with the team) were not at the first pre-season training. Due to personal problems Josip Brezovec also got free.
