The adaptation of Maksimir stadium has finally begun

The adaptation of the Maksimir stadium began on 10th June. Deadline is 13th July - before the first match in the season 2011/2012. Workers started the first stage with changing old eats. The distance between new seats will be increased and all seats will be numbered. Removing the old ones started on the eastern stand.

The biggest news is that players will play matches on the heated law nin the new season. Toilets under the stadium will be completely new and players will get new benches. Press room will also be rearranged.

Director of the stadium Miljenko Sakoman: - Everything is going according to our plans. We are removing old seats on the eastern stand and workers are operating at full power in order to complete all the work till the deadline. -
