Dinamo in Munich:

We hope for a good result

Dinamo will play against great Bayern in the Champions league second round match. As usual, Modri traveled to Munich day before the game. They had a training session at the Allianz Arena, as well as a press conference. Coach Zoran Mamić and players Marko Pjaca and Domagoj Antolić have announced the big game.

- Bayern is the best football team in the world at this moment and this is a great honor for us. We respect them, we are aware of their quality and about how powerful are they, but they are only humans as we are. We will do our best - said coach and continued about Ivo Pinto: - Ivo stayed in Zagreb and Sigali is injured also. We will see how things will go without them, but we have young Benković. We believe in him and I am sure he will be at the highest level tomorrow. Bayern has quality players and of course we will need to play defensively from the first minute, but I don't want to think only about a defence.

Team captain Domagoj Antolić commented tomorrow's match: - It is a great honor to be here. Bayern is a favorite in the Champions league and we will give our best. There is no pressure and I hope we can achieve a good result. Sure it will be a tough game, but we need to believe in ourselves.

- This could be the most difficult away game for us, but we will try to repeat the story from the first round. We believe in ourselves and we will do our best - said Pjaca.

What about the unbeaten run - 45 games without a defeat? - That is a great result, but I hope we won't end it here against Bayern - finished coach Mamić.

Copied!
