Antolić and Pivarić have signed nwe contracts

After a great weekend and a big Dinamo achievement, Josip Pivarić and Domagoj Antolić have signed new contracts with their club! 35 years - that is how long Antolić and Pivarić are already in Dinamo. Antolić came in Dinamo when he was 10 and Pivarić started his career in the Dinamo Youth academy when he was only 6.

- I often remember how many times did my parents drive me on a training sessions, matches and tournaments when I was a kid. I came here when I was 6 and I am so happy here. This is a great feeling, I love to be here because this is my club and I am so happy about signing a new contract - said Pivarić after signing a contract.

Pivarić and Antolić are childhood friends: - We've met in Youth academy and we became friends then. After that we became roommates and we are hanging out a lot.

Antolić has spent some time out of the game due to his injury. He is finally back and he is ready for new achievements: - I am really happy because I've signed a new contract. I was born in Zagreb and I've always wanted to play for Dinamo. I am a team captain today, we are playing the Champions league and can't imagine how happy I am because of that.

This season is one of the most successful for Dinamo: - We have an unbeaten run for almost a year, we've entered the Champions league and we won against Arsenal. I've had bad moments too when I got injured, but I worked hard to get back as soon as possible.

Head coach Zoran Mamić is also happy about this great moment: - Antola and Piva are incredible guys and players. They are always positive, they have great relations with their teammates and they are leading players. It is a privilege to have them in our team. They are our great strength and we are really happy they will stay with us because this is the place where they belong to.
