Terms of Sale

Terms and conditions for the sale of tickets for matches and events organized by or distributed through GNK Dinamo.

I. GENERAL SECTION

Article 1

GNK Dinamo is the exclusive owner of all tickets for matches it organizes or participates in distributing. Every buyer, holder, and ticket user must comply with the Sales Conditions established by GNK Dinamo.

These conditions cover ticket usage, stadium entry regulations, behavioral rules at Maksimir Stadium, and compliance with applicable laws.

Article 2

Ticket sales are personalized and require valid identification (personal ID, driver's license, or passport) at purchase.

GNK Dinamo discourages attendance by children under 5 years and requires those under 14 to be accompanied by parents or legal guardians. Personal data collection follows GDPR requirements.

Written complaints about products or services may be submitted to:

  • Address: GNK DINAMO, Ticket Sales Department, Maksimirska 128, Zagreb
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Response deadline: 15 days maximum

Article 3

Only the individual whose personal data appears on the ticket as the holder can use it for stadium entry or exercise associated rights.

GNK Dinamo may conduct identity verification checks and can refuse ticket transfers except in exceptional circumstances with prior written consent.

Article 4

Ticket holders assume full responsibility for their safety around the stadium and cannot re-enter with the same ticket if they exit.

Article 5

Filming, recording, or transmitting match content is prohibited except for private, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use or internet publication requires written permission.

Article 6

Ticket users are responsible for proper ticket use and must indemnify GNK Dinamo for any violations of these conditions or applicable laws.

Article 7

GNK Dinamo reserves the right to change match schedules, dates, and venues due to unforeseen circumstances or security concerns.

Ticket holders may exchange for equivalent category seats or receive refunds if matches are rescheduled or cancelled. However, consumers cannot unilaterally rescind leisure service contracts based on scheduled dates.

In cases of force majeure, no refunds are provided.

Article 8

Partial invalidity of these conditions does not affect other provisions' validity. All GNK Dinamo directives regarding stadium conduct and security requirements must be observed.
