Bruno Petković is the new Dinamo signing. 23-year-old striker signed a five-year contract with a club and will wear no. 21 shirt.
"It was my big desire to return to Zagreb. My first serious football steps were in Dinamo where I played in Youth Academy and after many years abroad, this is the right path for me", said Petković.
Born in Metkovic, Croatia, Petković began his youth career with his hometown club NK Neretva, before he went to Dinamo Zagreb in 2007. He remained there until 4 September 2009, when he transferred across town, to the youth academy of city-rivals NK Zagreb. In the next two seasons, he represented NK Hašk (2010–11) and Hrvatski Dragovoljac (2011–12), prior to his transfer to Italy, with Serie A side, Catania.
In Catania he made 5 league appearances and in 2013/14 he joined Varese Calcio, making 8 league appearances and scoring one goal. Petković moved back to Catania for a second time and during that time he also spent time on loan at Reggiana, making 15 league appearances and scoring 4 goals. Later he joined Vitrus Entella, before moving back to Catania for a third time. He also spent time on loan at Trapani Calcio. Petković joined Bolognia FC 1909 in 2015/16 and during that time went on loan at Hellas Verona.
