Dinamo played a great game, created plenty of chances and earned a well deserved 3:0 win against Osijek even after failing to score from the penalty spot. Modri took the lead after Taravel scored his first goal after injury and Chileans Henriquez and Fernandes finished the job in the second half.

After half an hour of play in which Modri dominated the defending champions took the lead when Machado's shot was deflected from Taravel and Modri were in front. Modri had chances to extend the lead before going to half time but failed to do so. Even when Taravel was brought down in the box and Fernandes placed the ball on the penalty spot – Malenica made a nice save.

In the second half it was matter of time when will Modri score second goal and it finally happened in the 65^th minute. Stojanović and Fernandes made a nice run on the right side, Slovenian full back made a great cross and it was Henriquez in the middle who scored the goal. In additional time his fellow Chilean, Fernandes, made it 3:0.

With this win Modri extended the lead to four points and the next game is the Cup semifinal second leg against Hajduk on Wednesday.
