DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
- responsibility for sales and profitability of the company
- creating and implementing business development strategy
- planning, organizing, managing and supervising operations in retail and wholesale segments
- managing sales, procurement and logistics processes and inventory management
- development and improvement of sales network and sales channels
- leading and coordinating team of managers (retail, wholesale, procurement, logistics, etc.)
- setting goals, monitoring results and analyzing sales and other business indicators
- making strategic decisions related to product range, pricing and market approach
- developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and business partners
- ensuring business legality and compliance with applicable regulations
- continuous improvement of business processes and customer experience
Requirements:
- University degree in economics or related field
- multi-year experience in management positions in retail and/or wholesale is an advantage
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- strong analytical and communication abilities
- experience in team management and strategic decision making
- knowledge of market, sales trends and business processes in retail
- active knowledge of English language in speech and writing
