From Friday 25th to Sunday 27th September, Maksimir will be all about sport, music, entertainment and the colour blue! Dinamo weekend brings a rich programme for all generations – from a grand musical spectacle and sports tournaments to content for the youngest, meetings with first team players and exciting matches.

Maksimir Stadium in its final year will be the stage for numerous musical and sporting events, and Dinamo weekend will be a special three-day edition dedicated to exactly what Maksimir has represented for decades – sport, community, our values and the one love we all share.

During the three days, Dinamo supporters of all ages can expect an exceptionally rich programme. The schedule includes numerous sporting competitions and tournaments, official and exhibition matches of Dinamo family clubs, content for children and youth, entertainment programme, partner club offers and activations, musical spectacle, and a special moment will certainly be the meeting with the first team players.

It will be three days when Maksimir once again becomes a meeting place for generations – from the youngest who are just creating their first memories connected to Dinamo to those who have spent decades in its stands.

Dinamo weekend begins with a grand musical spectacle.

The final chapter of Maksimir Stadium deserves a special celebration, which is exactly why Lollipop Open Air @ Stadion Maksimir comes in a unique edition. At the place where many generations grew up, celebrated, supported and dreamed, Lollipop brings the best dance hits of the 2000s and 2010s.

It will be an evening of music, dance and a slightly different atmosphere, but also a farewell of sorts to one of the most recognisable Zagreb venues for major sporting and social events.

Lollipop is one of the most popular and fastest-growing party brands for young people in Croatia, and behind it are numerous major events that have attracted a large number of visitors. Among them are Lollipop Open Air Zagreb, Lollipop White Night Krk, Lollipop Open Air Zadar, Lollipop Sean Paul at Jarun and Lollipop Black Eyed Peas at Bundek, as well as numerous programmes held at Maksimir, SRC Šalata, Zagreb Fair, Lauba, Medvedgrad, Museum of Contemporary Art and Jadran Film.

The special edition at Maksimir Stadium will thus be the ideal introduction to three days of blue gathering.

SATURDAY, 26TH SEPTEMBER – DINAMOVO MAKSIMIR AND GOAT LIGA

Saturday is reserved for sport, games, socialising and entertainment for all generations of Dinamo supporters.

After the programme visited Dubrava, Trešnjevka, Zagreb city centre, Sesvete and Špansko, Dinamovo brings the whole story to the place that is home to all of us – our Maksimir.

It will be a day that connects the club, players, members, supporters and all those who are part of Dinamo through sport, entertainment and socialising. Visitors can expect numerous sporting competitions, tournaments, games, children's activities, partner club content and, of course, lots of blue energy.

Sport for all generations

In cooperation with Dinamo family clubs, a diverse sporting programme has been prepared.

The schedule includes:

  • basketball tournament with KK Dinamo
  • children's volleyball tournament in cooperation with OK Dinamo
  • foot tennis organised by ŽNK Dinamo
  • various sports courses and competitions by Dinamo Sports School
  • numerous other sporting and entertainment content.

Regardless of age and sporting experience, everyone will have the opportunity to participate, play, compete or simply enjoy the atmosphere.

Special programme for the youngest

The youngest visitors can expect a whole series of content that will make Saturday even more fun. Numerous bouncy castles, courses and games will be available, so children will be able to enjoy games and sports, while parents will get the chance to relax a bit and enjoy the programme.

Special joy will certainly be caused by Plavko, Dinamo's mascot and one of the biggest favourites of the youngest supporters. Meeting Plavko will be an opportunity for photos, socialising and creating new memories.

New collection, fan shop and membership

In the dTruck at Maksimir, a new product line as well as various accessories and supporter articles will be available.

Members of the Dinamo family can expect member discounts, while all those who are not yet members will be able to join Dinamo on the spot and thus become part of the big blue family.

As with previous editions of the Dinamovo programme, a special commemorative shirt with Maksimir insignia has been prepared for this occasion.

Part of the proceeds from the sale of commemorative shirts will be directed to Dinamo's official foundation Nema predaje, which will donate the collected funds to those most in need.

By buying the shirt, you not only get a special souvenir dedicated to Maksimir, but also directly participate in an important humanitarian story.

Club partners have prepared numerous surprises

The Saturday programme will be further enriched by club partners Powerade, Hrvatski Telekom, RALU Logistika, 11teamsports, Ledo and The Fitness who are preparing diverse offers, activities and prize games.

Visitors can expect numerous interesting content and opportunities to win valuable prizes, and the entire space will be filled with various activations throughout the day.

GOAT LIGA COMES TO MAKSIMIR

The afternoon part of the programme brings particularly attractive football content – Round 1 of GOAT Liga, a futsal league known for the participation of numerous famous names from the football world.

This is a format inspired by the popular King's League launched in Spain by legendary former defender Gerard Piqué.

GOAT Liga brings together former and active footballers as well as other famous names from the football world, and among the participants are big names like Mario Mandžukić, Niko Kranjčar, Milan Badelj and Jerko Leko, as well as numerous other famous footballers.

The league is normally held at the iconic Zagreb sports centre Klinček, and will open its new chapter right at Maksimir, as part of Dinamo weekend.

For all those who won't be able to be at the stadium, a live broadcast is also secured.

SUNDAY, 27TH SEPTEMBER – GRAND FINALE OF DINAMO WEEKEND

Sunday brings the finale of the three-day programme, but also some rather unusual encounters when it comes to a football stadium.

Maksimir will once again be a gathering place for athletes, supporters and families, and visitors can expect a large fan zone with a rich hospitality programme, sporting and entertainment content.

The schedule also includes final matches of Saturday's tournaments, so the best participants will have the opportunity to finish their competition on the big stage of Dinamo weekend.

Special attention will be drawn to the GNK Dinamo legends exhibition match, which will bring back to the pitch some of the names that marked the history of the Zagreb club with their performances.

The sporting programme brings an official match between Futsal Dinamo and MNK Futsal Istra Pula in Round 1 of SuperSport HMNL. Basketball lovers will also get their due as an official Croatian championship match, SuperSport Premier League, between KK Dinamo and KK Zabok will also be played as part of the programme.

Thus football, futsal and basketball will share the stage at Maksimir during the same day, creating an atmosphere that can rarely be experienced at one sports complex.

Basketball acrobatics by Dunking Devils

Between matches, visitors can expect a special performance programme.

During breaks, Dunking Devils will provide spectacular entertainment – professional basketball acrobats from Slovenia known worldwide for spectacular performances, dunks and incredible basketball stunts.

Their performances will further enhance the atmosphere at the stadium and offer visitors content that is not seen every day at football stadiums.

Along with music, fan zone, sporting content and rich offerings for all generations, Sunday will be a worthy finale to the entire Dinamo weekend.

THREE DAYS, ONE COLOUR – BLUE

Dinamo weekend will be an opportunity to create new memories, but also a kind of homage to everything that Maksimir Stadium has represented for decades to generations of Dinamo supporters.
