We visited another school, and the children are delighted

Dinamo's project is expanding

Dinamo's project "From an Early Age for the Blue Club" has now reached the west of Zagreb. As part of the new season, we visited Janko Drašković Primary School, and we introduced something new. The project's new season brings a fresh football adventure in which the children play a key role. Through an interactive programme with Luka Bulić and Plavko the lion, the little ones overcome challenges, learn about healthy habits and, by joining forces, help captain Mišić get ready for the next match.

It all starts with an unusual problem: the main villain, Greda, has locked the captain's boots in a suitcase! Opening it requires a four-digit code, which can only be found by successfully completing four challenges. Each completed task reveals one digit and brings the children closer to achieving their shared mission.

By overcoming the challenges, the children learn in a fun and relatable way about the importance of breakfast, regular exercise and water for our bodies. The educational messages are woven into games and songs, while the group tasks encourage cooperation among the children. The highlight of the programme is opening the suitcase and freeing the captain's boots, with the children helping through their effort and teamwork. In this way, the project “From an Early Age for the Blue Club” connects love for Dinamo with learning about healthy habits and the values of sport, creating an experience in which the children are active participants and heroes of the story.

164 children from the first to the fourth grade were waiting for us.

We would like to thank the school principal, Mr. Zaviša Kačić, for his help with the organisation.

"I'm pleasantly surprised. I expected there might be more talk about Dinamo and less about a healthy lifestyle and healthy eating. Everything together was excellent, and I would recommend it. The children responded well. The dynamic is great, and hats off to you. The children will remember Luka Bulić the most, but on a subconscious level, more will stay with them than we are even aware of," he concluded.

The new edition of this socially responsible and educational project also has a new partner, which this year is marking 25 years of business in the Croatian market. METRO Croatia supports an initiative that encourages the youngest to adopt healthy habits and understand the importance of proper nutrition. For the pupils involved in the project, METRO has provided healthy snacks – nuts and dried fruit – as a tasty and nutritious choice for school days. Through this partnership, METRO and Dinamo are working together to educate children and promote healthier lifestyle habits from the earliest age, while also making sure that nobody leaves the hall empty-handed.

Next week we will visit Slavonski Brod and as many as three primary schools. The blue project is gradually spreading beyond Zagreb, and we have no doubt about its success. We will, of course, keep you updated on everything through our channels.
