All club members who wish to participate in the work of the GNK Dinamo Ethics Committee and hold valid membership on the date of publication of this call are invited to apply for participation in its work.

The Ethics Committee consists of two or three members, one of whom is the chairman, one deputy chairman and one member, and:

- monitors the implementation of the Code of Ethics in the Club;

- provides opinions and interpretations of the provisions of the Code of Ethics, generally and in specific cases;

- promotes ethical behavior;

- receives reports of unethical behavior by persons to whom the Code of Ethics applies;

- confirms the exclusion of employees where there is a possibility of conflict of interest from work and/or decision-making in specific business to which the possible conflict of interest relates;

- conducts the procedure for examining the validity of reports of unethical behavior by Club employees;

- makes decisions in the procedure for reporting irregularities;

- maintains records of conflicts of interest and received reports and commendations.

Applications for participation in the work of the Ethics Committee are submitted to the email address [email protected] by sending a statement of voluntary participation in the work of the Ethics Committee (available at the bottom of this news), and it is necessary to attach:

1. a copy of the identity card;

2. a certificate that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate, issued no more than one month before the date of submission of the application.
