A long-serving Dinamo employee, economist at the club's football school, the good spirit of the blue academy, our dear Davor Kušenić, has left us forever at the age of 55. GNK Dinamo has sadly lost another cherished member of our blue family.

Kušenić, with his profound emotion, tireless commitment and sincere feelings towards colleagues and athletes, was at everyone's service daily and selflessly helped at all levels.

He worked professionally at the Maksimir club for a full 22 years. His pronounced emotion towards Dinamo runs through the family line - his father Valent Kušenić was also a long-serving economist at the Maksimir club, where he participated in the work of both the first team and the academy.

Davor was born in 1971 in Zagreb. In his teenage years, he was also a member of Dinamo's school where he tried his hand as a footballer, playing as a left-back in the younger age groups. We are proud that he was part of our blue family, that with his energetic approach and helpfulness he assisted in the upbringing and proper guidance of our young footballers.

GNK Dinamo takes this opportunity to express deep and sincere condolences to the family and friends of our Davor Kušenić. The funeral is scheduled for Tuesday, 21 July, at 11:15 AM at Mirošovec Cemetery.
