– Despite entering the match somewhat sluggishly in the first half hour, we managed to come back. In the second half we were stronger, more stable as we have been throughout this half of the season. We showed that we are better and of higher quality, we scored beautiful goals which pleases me and we deservedly reached the final.

Which of these six Dinamo goals pleased him the most?

– When we scored the second one I somehow thought the match was decided. But the first one was also important. It was difficult to break down the opponent, but we scored from a beautifully constructed move that we repeat from match to match. Nothing is accidental, we work on this in training, the boys practically know everything by heart. And our fourth goal... There you can really see Miha Zajc's individual quality.

When asked if the double crown is both 'close and far', coach Kovačević replied:

– When there's only one match on the schedule like the case now against Gorica, great caution is needed. Yes, we are both close and far. There are eight rounds left in the championship and we only think about the next match, which is against Vukovar in Osijek. I've constantly said we can be even better. The league break came due to international duty, many wondered how we would look after that. I said we would rest and be even better. That's how it was. This victory in Velika Gorica is beautiful, we'll celebrate a little and then focus on Vukovar – added coach Kovačević.
