First away match of the season

Travel Preparation

Important: Fans without tickets for the first match of the second qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League are asked not to travel to Thun. Entry to the away section is only permitted with a valid ticket and personal identification document. Additional checks will be conducted in Thun, and all fans who do not have matching details on their ticket and personal identification document will not be allowed to attend the match.

Fans who have purchased vouchers but have not exchanged them at the Ticket Point in Zagreb will be able to exchange them for physical tickets at Arena Thun stadium at the location marked below.

Getting to Thun

The fastest way to reach Thun is by air, with several different connection options available.

Bern-Belp Airport

    • Distance to Thun: 25 km
    • Travel time: approximately 30 minutes
    • Recommendation: Best option for private team charter flights due to proximity and quick operational processes.

Zürich Airport

    • Distance to Thun: 125 km
    • Travel time: approximately 1 hour 30 minutes
    • Recommendation: Main international airport with direct rail connections.

EuroAirport Basel–Mulhouse (BSL)

    • Distance to Thun: 115 km
    • Travel time: approximately 1 hour 20 minutes
    • Recommendation: Efficient option for European connections and bus transfers.

Geneva Airport (GVA)

    • Distance to Thun: 165 km
    • Travel time: approximately 2 hours 15 minutes
    • Recommendation: Alternative for international routes to the west.

Accommodation

We recommend booking accommodation in advance to ensure a comfortable stay. If you decide to arrive a day early or stay overnight after the match, reserved accommodation will provide you with a worry-free stay.

Arena Thun

Weststrasse 12, 3604 Thun

The stadium is located right next to the "Thun Süd" motorway exit, making it very easily accessible by bus or team transport vehicle.

Away fans will be accommodated in a separate section of the stadium, with clearly marked entrances and recommended access routes. Precise instructions for arrival and movement around the stadium will be further defined on match day, in cooperation with the organizer and local police.

The use of public transport or taxi is recommended.

Arena Thun

Parking

Parking P9 has been secured for Dinamo fans, marked on the map below.

Dinamo fans will be accommodated in the north stand of the stadium, in sectors D9 and D10.

Fan Zone

The location where the Fan Zone for away fans will be organized will be decided by local police, and it is usually in the city center.

Stadium Conduct Rules

1. Tickets, season tickets, passes or other forms of accreditation that allow entry to the stadium must be presented upon request by stewards, police or other authorized bodies. Spectators must also be prepared for inspection by stewards.

2. Spectators must use the seat or standing area indicated on their ticket, unless directed otherwise by a steward or other authorized personnel.

3. Recording or using images, videos or audio material and disclosing information from the match, stands and other parts of the stadium for commercial purposes is not permitted, regardless of the recording method.

4. Covering signage and advertising boards with banners without prior approval is prohibited.

5. Racist, homophobic or any other derogatory, offensive or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited.

6. Video surveillance is conducted at the stadium for security purposes.

7. Violation of stadium rules may result in removal from the stadium without prior notice and possible monetary fines and/or stadium bans. Persons removed from the stadium are not entitled to a refund for their ticket or pass.

8. All local stadium rules, as well as instructions and decisions of stewards, must be respected.

Notes for Fans

1. On match day the stadium is under enhanced security control, and away fans have specially marked entrances and sectors.

2. In case of emergency or medical intervention, contact the stationed services at the stadium or call emergency number 112.

What to do in case of theft of personal documents:

1. Report the theft: Immediately contact the nearest police station and report the theft. You will need a police report for further steps.

2. Contact the embassy: Notify the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia about the theft. They will help you with issuing temporary documents.

3. Block cards: If your bank or credit cards have been stolen, immediately contact your bank.

4. Keep copies of documents: If you have copies of your documents, this will facilitate the reissuance process.

During the Match

Atmosphere: Prepare for an incredible atmosphere! GNK Dinamo fans are known for their passionate support of the team.

Food and drinks: At the stadium you can choose from various food and drink options. Payment is possible with cash (Swiss francs) or cards.

After the Match

Be prepared for crowds when returning. Plan your return in advance.

Note: All items that are not declared and approved by the organizer will not be permitted in the stadium.

Please pay special attention to the following prohibitions:

1. Use of pyrotechnics, weapons or cold weapons,

2. Covering faces.
