In the penultimate round of the championship, Rudeš defeated Dinamo 1-0 at Kranjčevićeva with Anderson's goal three minutes before the end. Interestingly, Dinamo had already secured the championship title a day earlier following the results of other matches played in this round. Nevertheless, the day after this match, there was a managerial change on Dinamo's bench: Nikola Jurčević was replaced by Nenad Bjelica.
