Dinamo – Rudeš 3-3 (final round, title celebration)

A royal celebration in a royal setting with a clear message – "The King remains King". Such was the inscription proudly displayed on a banner unfurled beneath the north stand with the blue supporters. After the match, the players and staff together boarded Dinamo's bus for a celebratory parade from the stadium to Ban Jelačić Square with loud support from numerous fans.

Dinamo won the Supercup at the start of the season, and continued the campaign by claiming both the league title and the Cup. The atmosphere was completed by the final match as the curtain came down on this competitive season: in the last round encounter, Dinamo and Rudeš played out a 3-3 draw. Coach Sergej Jakirović fielded a mixed lineup on this occasion, including seven juniors in the squad. Goalkeeper Faris Krkalić, Tin Miljak and Ante Sušak received their first minutes in an official match with the senior team, while special applause was given to returnee Luka Stojković, who came into the game in the 72nd minute and recorded his first appearance after nine months out through injury.

The Blues took the lead in the 24th minute when Sandro Kulenović played a return pass to the edge of the box where Fran Brodić ran onto it and deflected it into the goal. Four minutes later, Rudeš striker Fran Topić curled the ball under the crossbar for the equalizer. Dinamo were back in front in the 36th minute when Takuro Kaneko struck sharply with his left foot, and the ball flew in a deceptive arc into the far corner.

Kaneko hit the crossbar at the start of the second half. Dinamo extended their lead in the 52nd minute when Brodić dribbled past two defenders and played through Kulenović who calmly slotted into the net. Rudeš were not content with the role of mere extras in Dinamo's celebration and pushed forward, which ultimately paid off. Jan Doležal led a counter-attack in the 77th minute, crossing for Vinko Petković who placed the ball into the goal. Shortly after, Dinamo's 16-year-old centre-back Leon Jakirović, son of coach Sergej, was injured and had to leave the game. As the Blues had already used all five substitutions, they played the closing stages with ten men. After young Jakirović's exit, the visitors soon equalized. Vanja Šare crossed from the right, and Jan Doležal jumped to get a foot to the ball in front of an empty goal and secured a point.
