It was a two-week Dinamo tour that took them to France, the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium... Particularly impressive, however, was the performance in the second match, away against Feyenoord in Rotterdam. Feyenoord had finished the previous season as runners-up, but with the same number of points as champions Ajax, and were entering a competitive year in which they would lift the cup and later defend their title. This was, therefore, the era of a very strong Rotterdam side, and Dinamo scored five goals on their home ground. The Blues won 5-1. Luka Lipošinović scored a hat-trick, while Dražan Jerković added two goals.
